The Compound, Round Top
Each December, The Compound transforms into a European-inspired Christkindlmarkt: stalls of unique gifts and holiday décor, seasonal food and drink, Christmas music, a visit from Santa, and fireworks to close it out. It's the area's most festive few days of the year.
Paired with a Christmas stay at a ranch named for Santa's reindeer, it's about as merry as a Texas December gets.
